Muda (wastings): any activity which consumes resources without adding of value for the client. Toyota also speaks of "mura" (irregularity) and " muri " (difficulty).
Seven main wastings fought by Lean Key are the following:

The advice Lean Key bases on Value Stream Mapping, i.e. the analysis of the material and information flows, the Toyota tool of cartography which allows to add the information flows to the classic cartographies of movement of pieces, and so to think about the constitution of stocks beyond the questions of bottleneck.

Our methodology includes kanban, material information systems decentralized on the basis of the reconstruction of the continuous stocks.
The "kanban" term corresponds to cards, or sign, which are a signal allowing to produce only the piece which have been consumed and in the order of their consumption.

To optimize the traceability, reduce stocks and delivery periods, Lean Key restructures your management of the logistic chain or Supply Chain Management, by basing on the present information of production capacity in the information system of the company to place automatically form orders.
