  o Show-room : The first Kaizen event of demonstration must be rather realized with "Early Adopters" of the company.

An event has a beginning and an end, it lasts 3 months among which 10 workdays in Group with the Consultant. Between these periods, the Group realizes actions of improvement thanks to the Event Manager of the Company.

o Between every stage the MD of the company makes sure that the actions of strategic improvements carry out.
